Privacy
What we collect on this site, and what we do with it.
What you send us
When you use our contact form or our return request form, we get what you type in: your name, company, email, phone, address, and the details of your message or return. A return request can also include photos.
We use it to answer you, handle your return, and keep our business records. It reaches our staff by email, and our web host, Netlify, stores the form entries. We don't sell or rent your information.
Address lookup
When you type an address into one of our forms, the text goes to Google so it can suggest matching addresses. Google's privacy policy covers that.
Site statistics
We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit and how they found us. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like your device, your rough location, and the pages you view. It doesn't tell us who you are. You can block it in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.
Netlify also counts page visits from its server logs. That count uses no cookies.
Saved drafts
The return request form saves your unfinished request on your own device, so you don't lose it if the page closes. It clears when you send the request.
